What these tools don’t do

Estimates, not measurements.

They don’t claim energy savings, they don’t price harmonics, heat or equipment life, and they don’t know your rate schedule. They work the formulas on what you enter. When the numbers look worth a closer look, the next step is a survey and temporary metering, then six months on your own meter.
